I have the Tenma 72-9485 AC/DC clamp meter that seems to be fairly accurate,
comes with nice probe set, manual and case for $139 from MCMElectronics
http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/TENMA-/72-9485. It's a little more
than you want to spend but well worth the extra forty bucks. I've tested it
in my EV 12V env (0-20A) and the HV env (0-500A) with good results and have
two other instrument ammeters that concur with the clamp meter readings.

My $0.02,
Hart
