Thanks David, Eva and I loved it too.
I believe the flags are 1/4 of a mile apart.
This is what the course layout is like, but it varies from event to
event due to the salt conditions:

You don't get any aerial shots of the whole course (11 miles) because
you can't pick out any detail when you look at it in it's entirety. It
is just white with some indistinguishable black specks.
The timed mile is marked with three flags, at the beginning and the end.
Eva says there is little sensation of speed when piloting the vehicle.
From 30 mph on, it is pretty much all the same, except the course seems
much narrower, and the flags go by much more quickly. The KillaJoule
seems to handle very well. This is due to Eva's father, Sven's
suspension design. It seems to track very straight and ride very very
smoothly. Most streamliners are very sensitive to a sidewind, requiring
nearly calm conditions, but the KillaJoule has been very well behaved in
winds that might be challenging to even "sit on" bikes.
We follow the KillaJoule in our Prius and take off next to the course at
nearly the same time Eva and the KillaJoule start the course. We
accelerate as quickly as we can and drive about 80 mph, (slowing down
briefly to ~45 mph as we pass the timing tower in the middle of the
course.) We can see the KillaJoule clearly at first, then it turns to a
dot with a white rooster tail, then it disappears completely. It takes
about 10 minutes before we finally catch up with her. She is out and
gathering up the chute when we reach her.

That is AWESOME. Thanks.
Is there a sketch somewhere showing start, finish, etc.? Like how long
is the acceleration part, how far apart are the flags, how long is the
coast down part? It is hard to get a sense of speed not knowing the
distance between flags.

Here is a note from Lou Fischer, the fellow that put together this excellent

Eva Hakansson and Bill Dube are an amazing husband and wife team. Both
engineers, they are using the Bonneville salt flats and assorted drag strips
to test and prove the viability of electric powered vehicles
Bill and Eva are having fun and setting speed records everywhere they go.
Their race team KillCycle and KillaJoule, though still in the early days of
development, continues to innovate and break speed records.
In this video, filmed at the BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials 2013, they tell
their story of the love of everything electric- as Eva likes to say "Gas is
sooooooo last century!"
