The presentation at the link below indicates capacity is relatively
unaffected down to 15C (59F) and also fairly independent of discharge rate
(pages 7, 8):

I keep mine heated to 65F in winter while parked at home so that they remain
above ~ 50F even if parked outside for 5 hours or so at about 25F ambient
(boxes have 1/2" insulation).
