At the level of macroscopic bodies there is. The somebody else can't occupy the same place at the same time and so must have a different perspective on all events, and hence different memories, if they are veridical. Could there be such a person who had false memories and perceptions exactly matching yours? ...but still physically distinct? Such a person would be no more than a recording of your thoughts. There's no physical process whereby exactly the same information could come to him independently of you.
