I can't be certain, but I know the error message he *was* getting was "The
Attempt to log onto the Exchange server has failed" and I've Googled that
error message and found lots of AD/Exchange 200x problems, but none of them
seem to apply here, since this is an NT4 domain, NOT an Active Directory,
plus it's Exchange 5.5, and I can add the user's mailbox to my Outlook (XP)
and he can log onto OWA and view his mailbox.

He *is* using Office 2000 Small Business version, where the rest of us are
using Office 2000 Premium, but I don't see why that would make any
difference.
