It looks to me like you're sending out to a large list, some of which are
getting bounced. Is that right?
Like Dean says, you have to investigate each of the rejecting servers.
Although in case of the 'relay denied' bounce, they may all have a common
cause, such as:
-you or your ISP may be RBL listed
-you may not have, or not properly have, reverse lookup
-some of the senders/repliers may be sending from a non-routable address,
like [EMAIL PROTECTED]
etc...

working backwards through the headers you can trace back which machines
the email passed through and identify the possible server causing the
problem
for the example below (which is your reply to me from this list) we can
see that:
It was sent from the list by intm-dl.sparklist.com ([64.62.197.83])
It was received by by a202-36-175-99.(none) (our firewall)
It was passed on to our AV SMTP gateway nrc15.nrc.govt.nz (Clearswift
SMTPRS 5.2.5)
It was then passed onto our exchange server nrc86.nrc.govt.nz
Once we can identify the sever where the "unable to relay " error came
from , then we can work in more detail with that server.
