If our ISP is listed would this happen when sending email? I would send an email and it would could back with Unknown User and then I re-send it again and it would get through just fine. Sometime it would say relay access denied and then I would re-send and it would work just fine. How can I check to see if I am using my SMTP service to sent email out?
