Well, I did a lookup on their MX and it shows that their backup is uunet's mail server. If I had to guess, I'd say that 1) They are no longer using UUNET for their uplink and/or 2) UUNET's mail servers are not configured to accept email for that domain.
You can test this by following this troubleshooting knowledgebase article from Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/153119 I'd test both mail.uu.net and mail.senioraerospace.com. That should help you confirm/rule out that problem. If one of them gives you a "relaying denied" error, you'll know that's the problem server. Theoretically, with a preference of 10 the mail.senioraerospace.com server should get the mail connection, unless it's seriously busy or down.
