They requested that the one mailbox have logon credentials for each user.
I don't think that is a possibility.
I know you can give permissions to the mailbox and open as an additional
mailbox, but that leaves some holes too.
Right now I think I am at a point where we can move the organization to a
new solution if need be.
Is there a better way to handle a customer service email address than a
shared exchange mailbox?

Guys, if you have a moment, can you share methods you have develiped for
dealing with a Customer Service mailbox.
I inherited a mailbox that ~15 people log on to, either as a mailbox they
have full rights to, or through OWA.
They are now concerned about security, of course after its already gone
wrong.
Its required now that some users not be able to delete. (yes someone did)
Is there a way to have multiple userids for one mailbox? (yes someone sent
a
dumb message through OWA)
(insert metaphor about barn door and horse gone here)
any advice appreciated.
