You could turn on journaling. Also, make sure your dumpster is on, and have a healthy retention period. Turn on tracking, if it isn't. Between those measures, you should be able to monitor all activity and not lose anything you don't want to. Several users have full access to the mailbox and things may or may not be disapearing. The Managers want to be able to review it, and compare what is in there to what should actaullly came in. Does anyone have any advice? I think in the long run this should probably be converted to a public folder with limited rights, but it is something I have to work, on the boss's don't understand Exchange at all. thank you for your time rachel _________________________________________________________________ Visit MSN Holiday Challenge for your chance to win up to $50,000 in Holiday cash! http://www.msnholidaychallenge.com/default.aspx?ocid=tagline&locale=en-u s _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
