You could turn on journaling.  Also, make sure your dumpster is on, and
have a healthy retention period.  Turn on tracking, if it isn't.
Between those measures, you should be able to monitor all activity and
not lose anything you don't want to.
Beyond that, we have to fall back on Master Ed's caution about no good
technological solutions for behavior issues.

Hi Guys,

I am trying to figure out the best way to handle what is currently a
shared 
customer service mailbox.
Several users have full access to the mailbox and things may or may not

disapearing.
The Managers want to be able to review it, and compare what is in there
to 
what should actaullly came in.
Does anyone have any advice?
I think in the long run this should probably be converted to a public
folder 
with limited rights, but it is something I have to work, on the boss's

understand Exchange at all.
