A shared mailbox is probably the best method.  Public folders will
definitely be supported in the next version of Exchange, but if they weren't
going to be it wouldn't affect this recommendation.

That is something I am going to do.
Are there better solutions than a shared mailbox?
At first I was going to suggest a public folder, but I read that those may
not be in the next version.
