There is a Windows version of Trend IMSS and your license should be able to get Trend to give you the Windows license pretty easy. We are licensed for certain products here, but we can use any operating system we want.
I will say when I was still using Trend IMSS (quite a few years ago), it was a lot more efficient on Linux than on a Windows box.
