We had a problem with restore back in April.  The release of the product we
had did not back up the logs properly.  It would back up the logs first and
then the rest of the datastores and by the time the backups were done new
logs were written out but did not get backed up.  Therefore we could not
restore the server when it crashed.  They have since fixed the problem and
we are now using it for our backup solution just make sure you have these
patches on.
