I think you should check into TrendMicros' IMSS product if you're using Trend eManager. I think Messaglabs skyscan is one of the best service out there to catch spam, but it's costly and it catches too much until you customize it fit into your environment. I am implementing IMSS now, but I think it works, but not the best stuff out there.
