Cisco Unity Messaging? That's EXACTLY what I do, because my email mailbox is hosted in the UK, and my voicemail mailbox is hosted in Tampa. I login to the UK one, and attach to the Tampa one. I can attach to the Cisco Softphone in this configuration as well.
