Lynn, I was going to suggest SP4 - but as you have it already installed, I wont bother suggesting it! What you could do is: Delete the Internet Mail Service, and then recreate the In and Out folders in the Imcdata folder. Defragment the information store (Suggestion really!) and recreate the Internet Mail Service, and then check the mail flow. Also check what happens in the Event Logs too!
