1) What makes you think it will ever be available? There are third party apps that provide this functionality. I never use spell checker, so I am not familiar with their effectiveness. One could compose the message in Word and copy when done.
2) Yes. Create the rule in a MAPI session first. 3) Not without coding or third party, I believe. 4) Not really. OWA will query the GAL, so entering the alias of someone in the GAL will resolve. OWA does not replace Outlook. It compliments it.
