No, there is no TS Server license anymore.  It comes with W2K server.  Provided the clients accessing it are 2k pro or better, no CAL's are needed.

But isn't the bundled TS on the server only for 2 (or 3?) concurrent connections for administrative purposes?  If you need more than that number of concurrent TS sessions you need to buy the full TS licence.
