Title: RE: Exchange dilemma

Plan for sysamdin/exchadmin stress relief after dealing with HMUs to comply with official OSHA stress relief standards:

1.  Take piece of foam that is approx 6x5 and at least 3 inches thick (Note, the thicker the foam the better the results will be)

2.  Take 4 pieces of velcro/duct tape/scotch tape, any kind of "adhesive" will do
3.  Tape foam from #1 and adhesive from #2 and attach foam to wall at forehead height level.  (Note, may need to have multiple pieces of foam a various heights for the range in height of admins who will be using stress relief )

4.  Stand stressed admin in front of foam and have him/her beat head against wall.
5.  No need for psychiatrist bill
6.  Make management happy by saving on HMO medical costs
7.  Make stressed admin a little happier
8.  This stress relief method replaces the afore mentioned hammer/sledge hammer vs HMU's method of stress relief
9.  Have a nice day!

Hammer good, but only if 16oz or more...  I find the sledge hammer has greater effectiveness...

How about using a hammer for the sinking in part?

Okay Bill, here's an idea for you.  Loose the mailbox rule to forward email, setup a custom recipient in Exchange admin, set this persons mailbox properties to send to BOTH the custom recipient & mailbox on Exchange. Messages get delivered to where they want them, meetings get delivered to where they want them and the whiney redheaded step-children can take a hike if they get deletes w/o reading on their messages.  Give them a little education and maybe some of it will sink in.
