Loose the mailbox rule to forward email, setup a custom recipient in Exchange admin, set this persons mailbox properties to send to BOTH the custom recipient & mailbox on Exchange. Messages get delivered to where they want them, meetings get delivered to where they want them and the whiney redheaded step-children can take a hike if they get deletes w/o reading on their messages.
