10 pound tweaking tool.

The DEC engineers used to carry around a rubber mallet weighted with sand
that was their tweaking tool.

Hammer good, but only if 16oz or more... I find the sledge hammer has
greater effectiveness...

How about using a hammer for the sinking in part?

Okay Bill, here's an idea for you. Loose the mailbox rule to
forward email, setup a custom recipient in Exchange admin, set this persons
mailbox properties to send to BOTH the custom recipient & mailbox on
Exchange. Messages get delivered to where they want them, meetings get
delivered to where they want them and the whiney redheaded step-children can
take a hike if they get deletes w/o reading on their messages. Give them a
little education and maybe some of it will sink in.
