Single mailbox with permissions to all 5 users

Add the mailbox as a second mailbox for each user and it appears underneath
their individual box. (right click mailbox - username under mail folders -
properties - advanced - advanced tab.)

Have a folder with each users name and they move messages to that folder as
they work them (within the shared mailbox) so others know an email is taken
care of.

Now all users can see who took care of what email.

Subject: Help w/ setting up "info@ or sales@" email addresses?

Hi all,

I was wondering what other people are doing for setting up email addresses such
as [EMAIL PROTECTED]<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or [EMAIL
PROTECTED]<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>?

I need to have a group of 5 people receive email sent to [EMAIL
PROTECTED]<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, and have any of the 5 be able to reply.
(it doesn't matter to me if the reply looks like it came from "sales" or the
"Mary"... but I DO need the other 4 people to know that the message was taken
care of.

I was thinking of using a distribution list, and adding the appropriate members
to it, but the individuals won't know when an incoming email has been answered,
or replied to. And this is the same problem if I were to use a mail-enabled
public folder.

What are others doing to handle this?

Thanks!

-Dave
