Hi all, I was wondering what other people are doing for setting up email addresses such as [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] I need to have a group of 5 people receive email sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and have any of the 5 be able to reply. (it doesn't matter to me if the reply looks like it came from "sales" or the "Mary"... but I DO need the other 4 people to know that the message was taken care of.
I was thinking of using a distribution list, and adding the appropriate members to it, but the individuals won't know when an incoming email has been answered, or replied to. And this is the same problem if I were to use a mail-enabled public folder. What are others doing to handle this?
