The Exchange Auto Accept Agent will do what you want.
Once you install the agent, you want to invite the resource as an attendee (just like inviting a person). You do not want to schedule the room as a resource if you run the agent. ________________________________ From: David Mazzaccaro [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, February 20, 2008 10:29 AM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: Conference room calendar auto accept agent? Hi, I need to setup a calendar (Exchange 2003 SP2 & Outlook 2003 SP3) that can automatically book itself when a group of users schedules meetings. I think there was an auto accept agent to do this? But I need my users to be able do "invite" the room to their meeting from a Blackberry device. And if I remember correctly... the auto accept agent requires that you invite the room as a "resource: room or equipment". But there is no way to do this on a Blackberry. I can invite the room (if it is in the GAL), but I can't specify "resource: room or equipment" on the BB. Any suggestions? Do most people use the auto accept agent? Or is there a different (or better) way to book conference rooms for meetings? Thanks very much! -Dave ************************************************************************************************** Note: The information contained in this message may be privileged and confidential and protected from disclosure.
