Hi, I need to setup a calendar (Exchange 2003 SP2 & Outlook 2003 SP3) that can automatically book itself when a group of users schedules meetings. I think there was an auto accept agent to do this? But I need my users to be able do "invite" the room to their meeting from a Blackberry device. And if I remember correctly... the auto accept agent requires that you invite the room as a "resource: room or equipment". But there is no way to do this on a Blackberry. I can invite the room (if it is in the GAL), but I can't specify "resource: room or equipment" on the BB. Any suggestions?
