Nahhhh - I been hangin' roun' heyah long, long, long time. To answer the question as specifically as I can (still under NDA for some things)... the infrastructure is being moved from the original platform to a Windows-based platform and should be nearly completed by this time. When I started we had 300M+ "registered accounts" and about 300M+ of those were Active. Let's just say that as an Infrastructure PM, my responsibility was to roll out the hardware to support the migration from the old platform to the new one, and I could easily retire on the cash spent to build that out. That hardware was to support the increased application loads of new features of Live.com, increased storage requirements, and migration off of the obsolete platform.
