Dear All, I would like to ask if someone could help in clarifying the conditions for driving in Moscow with a foreign driving license? In my case the driving license is from European Union (Italy); as far as I understood I can use it, but for a limited period? How long is this period, and after that what is needed? To make a new Russian one or it will be enough to adapt the foreign driving license in some way?
Further I would like to ask if someone has knowledge of where to receive credit in Moscow (for buying a car) as a non-Russian citizen. All the banks I asked so far refuse even though I have a good (white!) salary... Thankful for any advice! Cheers! /Johan
