Download the MUI pack for Russian it works just great on ENG Xp and then u have
the liberty to choose the language your XP functions in.

Expat List Windows in English and Russian
Hi all,I've got Windows XP and it's an English version.I've downloaded some
software that requires my computer to be able to read Russian but it can't for
some reason.I can read Russian in emails and in various forms but not on this
software.Do I have to re-install Russian Windows or is there any other way of
