There is no reason to present the US passport when departing Russia except at the airline ticket counter. Passport control does not care if you have a visa or not for your destination. They are only concerned that you have a right to leave Russia. When you arrive in the US, they only care that you have a right to enter so all that is necessary is a US Passport, green card or US visa. You don¹t need to show a Russian passport.
