The way that I am reading reference below from the Russian Consulate in SF and Федеральный закон <О гражданстве Российской Федерации> от 31.05.2002, is that Russians having "dual citizenship" are required to enter Russia (and exit) using their Russian passports.
Is that the way it works in practice?
