Hello!
If you live in Russia, especially in Moscow, you should know that police 
officers want to earn money instead to doing their job well:) If you drive 
expensive car a police officer will stop you to check something. Probably they 
check you because you have red face. There isn't logical explanation why 
officers stop you:)
