Sounds like you want to check out the Developer list.  Suggest you go to
the web page at http://www.linux-mandrake.com  On the left side under
Developer you  can find items such as: List, Cooker Loathar, DrakeX and on
.....

There is also a mail list for Cooker you may want to subscribe.
