We've had extensive discussions about this problem so it doesn't surprise
me that you've heard what the solutions are.

The "final" (hopefully some bugs will be squashed) is availble for
download.  The beta version has been fairly stable since September.

You're asking for interpretation here.  If you check the installation
disks you find the compiler package but not the library package.  To me
that's a mistake.  But then I'm one of those people that believes that
alot of Windows "features" are mistakes.  I find that Star Office's slogan
"Do it all in one place" is a mistake.  So what do I know about mistakes?
