I've had great success with XFS, EXT3 and ReiserFS on Mandrake. On mandrake it's incredibly easy - you just pick which you want during install partitioning. The latest redhat I've played with is 7.1, and it gives no options during install - defaults to ext3. dunno 'bout 7.2.
