Todd There is an answer for that one (the tabbed vs icons thing)... Multi-Gnome-Terminal... Except for the menu Icons(it doesn't go into the K-menu from the install) the generic RPM installs on 8.2 through 9.1 without a hitch.... Tabbed terminals. (if you set up the configs it also names the tabs) Tranparency, hidden scroll bars etc etc etc. http://multignometerm.sourceforge.net/ Check it out... been using it for about a year and it's gotten very very solid.
