I would not normally either, but the apache issue seemed to require that. Anyhow the upgrade went smoothly -- took maybe 5 hours to download and install everything. That to me seems a bit excessive but my box was for the most part way out of date with respect to cooker - as a 679+ meg d/l would seem to indicate :(. Surprisingly enough, it went OK, better than I anticipated. So far though I haven't noticed anything strange. > Grab the gpg sig from plf's site and add it to root's gpg ring. You might want to elaborate on that one -- I've never used pgp or gpg, and haven't needed to for the checksigs portion of rpm for the other (i.e., Mandrake) sites.
