Nope. The context was specifically oil wells--how
the Chinese would react if we bombed Iran's oil
wells, given that Iran is a major source of oil for
the Chinese.


That's one take, but it really depends on what Angela's intent was. Maybe it was about bombing oil wells very specifically. I assumed what I said as a possible interpretation, having listened to A. for a couple of years.
