The way to redress the balance is to increase the quantity of posts that are worth reading, which makes more people read, and hopefully more people write other intelligent tracts. I agree. Limiting the weekly posts to 50 was effective because it change the proportions of the mix. More constructive, substantive contributions will naturally change the ratio of useful posts to those which involve petty bickering.
