If it was out and out theft, he could and should have taken them to court over it. MY understanding was that he verbally told them that certain donations were earmarked for specific projects and they transferred the funds somewhere else. Had he put it in writing, he cold have taken them to court and likely won. Not defending them, just nit-picking for accuracy. Lawson
