I happen to know that Maharishi would never exclude anyone, never ! He could not, it is not a part of His nature. If someone stumbled He told them simply to "Get on your feet and keep walking" In His universe there is no sin, no grave mistakes that cannot be OK in the end. But stumbling; certainly it is what humans do. No wrong in that, just get on ! Persona non grata ? None, never. Does not and will never excist. It's not possible.
