Wouldn't a conservative ask, "what has been the ROI on a war that has cost 100 billion a year for seven years?" What has been the cost in money, lives, injury? And what has been the return? Perhaps I live too much in the past, but everything that George H.W. Bush, and Norman Swartzkauf has come true. Everthing.
