Tom Pall, I had no idea the excruciating pain and suffering you have been through. Had I known what I read here, I would have ignored your criticisms of me, and just sent good thoughts towards you. I find what you have endured to be quite unbelievable, so in any case, an apology is in order here. Given what has happened to you growing up, I think you quite restrained and fair-minded. And I do think there is something to be said anyway in your judgment of my writing (the non-sequitor thing). I hope you will feel, or can feel, the sincerity of my words here. RWC
