Yes, a rock experiences Pure Consciousness, and a peculiarly intense form of crystalline bliss at that -- at least as far as *my* consciousness in/as the rock is concerned (which I realize may not be exactly what you are conceiving). But then, I do not particularly hold that a nervous system is not necessary to reflect Being -- it being abundantly clear that different degrees of intensity of Being require concomitantly different degrees of coherence of bodymind to recognize and sustain that Being.
