Bad advice.

Doing any asana other than inverted postures will increase the 
possibility of insomnia.

Learn the shoulder stand.  After some practise, you'll be able to do 
it up to 10 minutes at a time.  Doing the shoulder stand when you 
can't sleep will help you fall asleep.
