I think you are spot on with Quia timet, more likely to be in the
context of  a problem question as Question 2 (a) April 2009 was essay
question; 'departure from Cyanamid principles in application for
interlocutory injunctions'.  Half secret trusts have come up a few
times since 2007 but fully secret trusts not in a while.

Does anyone have exam grid that they could put up?
