Question 8, April 2009 was undue influence problem question.  Very
standard and not unlike past UI questions concerning transfer of
property from Elderly person to a neighbour etc, unlikely to appear in
same format this year, but essay? you can never know

Trustee duty Aprill 2009 was specically related to investment duty.

Specific performance hasnt been up in a while, think since Oct 2007,
when it was contracts requiring supervision.  Think presumed resulting
trusts may appear as opposed to Automatic as they have been up in the
last 2 years, but still not one to avoid.

Equitable doctrines and recission are really due an appearance.
