Not if we don't let them :)  I think this will be a good case to test for.

By the way, if you're doing large ingests as part of an ongoing
process, have you looked into automating it with the fedora-ingest
script?  http://fedora-commons.org/confluence/x/FwFM

For example, go into the fedora-home/client directory and type:

bin/fedora-ingest.sh(or.bat) d demo/foxml
info:fedora/fedora-system:FOXML-1.1 localhost:8080 fedoraAdmin
fedoraAdmin http "bulk ingest of demo objects"
