Cavalli and Chopin are both pretty decent and at the limit of what I would spend on a bottle, I love the fact you can buy Cavailli in 2-3 litre bottles like pop (albeit 100x the price). I'm of the keep it in the freezer and don't put anything in it brigade, but then I don't even put ice in single malts either (that's why they invented the fridge!).
Anyone had apple-jack? I mean proper apple jack and not the stuff you buy that's had alcohol added.
