I agree with "never" being a silly thing when it comes to drinking
(and I like to add a single ice cube to my scotch, bourbon, and
whiskey), but I do recall some exceptionally cringe-worthy moments
when I was working at wineries on the Central Coast (CA). Having a
woman ask me to add some 7-Up to her pinot noir left me permanently
scarred, I think.
