Don't feel bad Gina. I didn't know either. I JUST switched mine early this year. Yes, you can get the L-lysine at your local health food store. You can buy it in capsules or tablets, but if you buy tablets, you have to crush them up. If you buy capsules, you can just open them, and whaa-la, it's done!
